COINO Digital Assets Fund is an open-ended investment vehicle dedicated to access crypto market and track biggest 7 crypto currencies by market capitalisation.

The Fund is exterritorial entity with no incorporation. The Fund is managed similar to classic investment Funds: managed by The Investment Manager, administred by The Administrator. Assets is kept with Custodian. The Fund access to market via Prime Broker or other counterparties.

The Investment Manager

The Investment Manager is Coino Asset Management, independent subsidiary of Walletworks Ltd., UK. Coino Asset Management will be responsible for managing and recalibrating fund. The Investment Manager once in a quarter issue investors letter where covers Fund performance and latest market trends. Company and its key managers and investment officers is operated since 1997 with wast experience in asset management –global and emerging market bonds, FX, private equity.

The Administrator and Custodian

The Administrator and Custodian is Walletworks Ltd., crypto assets oriented company registred in UK. The Administrator is controlling company of The Fund, responsible for calculating Net Asset Value (NAV) of The Fund, calculating NAV of 1 token (share), administrating investors subscriptions and redemptions, made custody of The Funds assets. The Administrator once in a month publish NAV of token in web page www.coino.io. Administrator controls weather Fund follows defined investment strategy and manage Fund operating issues - token issuance, choose brokers, custody etc.
